Bracken Bank Lodge is the perfect retreat for a fun-packed break where everyone can find plenty to interest them. The private Estate hosts a wide range of quality sporting activities for all abilities and there are many more available in the area.
The Estate is situated 5 minutes from Penrith Golf Course, is close to the River Eden (famous for salmon and trout fishing) and of course the wonderful Lake District with all its sailing and climbing opportunities. Within easy reach of the lodge is a beautiful private indoor pool for hire with gymnasium and spa pool. Walking and cycling in the area is highly popular and mountain bikes can be hired. Escorted quad bike treks (for all ages), go-karting, rafting and canoeing are all available locally.
Some activities are suitable for individuals but others are only cost effective for groups. Most activities will need booking in advance.
