C to C route

The lodge is very popular with cyclists on the C to C and the Lands End to John O Groats routes. Bicycles can be stored inside the lodge or a locked stone outbuilding.

The Lake District and Eden Valley are dramatically beautiful places you will enjoy exploring and wish to return to. The lodge is an ideal place to stay for couples on a romantic break and for families with children who enjoy the wide range of activities in the area. Walkers and cyclists are of course in their element with clean country air and breathtaking scenery in abundance.
